  • General Information

    Projects being submitted should be completed between November 2024 - November 2025 in Georgia. Select the specific award category for more information on judging criteria. All submissions may be used by the CoreNet Global Atlanta Chapter for publicity purposes. The Gala will be hosted at FORTH on November 20, 2025.
  • Community Impact Award
    This award is intended to recognize the Corporate Real Estate organization or team that has had the greatest impact on a specific community (neighborhood / town / city / county / state) in Georgia, as a whole or through a single project in the past 12 months.  This award category is purposefully open to the nominee’s interpretation of positive community impact, but may include the following impact types: Economic, Social, Cultural, Environmental, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Health and Well-being, Public Policy or Public Service.

  • Project of the Year Under 50k sqft

    This award is intended to recognize the project of the year in the Georgia market. 

    Specific criteria under consideration include:

    • Enables or enhances the business’ core business strategy and performance.
    • Supports or improves worker productivity.
    • Reflects or strengthens the brand or image of the company.
    • Promotes wellness, engagement and satisfaction among workers.
    • Assists the company in attracting and retaining talent.
    • Creates a competitive advantage for the company.
    • Positively impacts the financial bottom line of the company.
    • Additional consideration will be given for adaptive reuse of a current structure
  • Project of the Year Over 50k sqft

    This award is intended to recognize the project of the year in the Georgia market. 

    Specific criteria under consideration include:

    • Enables or enhances the business’ core business strategy and performance.
    • Supports or improves worker productivity.
    • Reflects or strengthens the brand or image of the company.
    • Promotes wellness, engagement and satisfaction among workers.
    • Assists the company in attracting and retaining talent.
    • Creates a competitive advantage for the company.
    • Positively impacts the financial bottom line of the company.
    • Additional consideration will be given for adaptive reuse of a current structure
  • Atlanta Inspires Everything

    This award is intended to recognize a team, company, person, or project based in the Georgia market doing work outside of Georgia through innovative design, utilization, programming, technology, or sustainability.  We know Atlanta inspires the world and want to celebrate the teams advancing this legacy.   

    Specific criteria under consideration include:

    • Leadership of innovative offerings, strategies, programs and services that provide value and results.
    • More than 50% of the team is based in Georgia.
    • Enables or enhances the business’ core business strategy and performance.
    • Supports or improves worker productivity.
    • Reflects or strengthens the brand or image of the company.
    • Promotes wellness, engagement, and satisfaction among workers.
    • Highlights the talent, culture, diversity, and soul of Atlanta in the greater Corporate Real Estate community worldwide. 

    This award is intended to celebrate the vibrant impact Atlanta has on the world and can be applied to a project, team, initiative, or program which amplifies the truth, Atlanta Inspires Everything.  

     

  • End User of the Year

    This award is intended to recognize the accomplishments of an Atlanta chapter participant in an End User role. 

    Specific considerations include:

    • Substantive and quantifiable achievements, contributions and successes.
    • Leadership of innovative strategies, programs or projects that “changed the conversation” with the C-Suite from cost management to value creation.
    • Application of a diverse skillset that has elevated the value of CRE to other senior leaders across his/her company (e.g. HR, Finance, IT, Business leaders).
    • Adoption and deployment of industry best practices.  Strategic response to - or -  capitalization on industry trends.
    • Commitment to CRE Industry and CRE community of professionals.
    • Involvement in local CoreNet Global chapter.
  • Karen League Memorial Award for Volunteer of the Year

    This award is intended to recognize the accomplishments of an Atlanta chapter member each year for their outstanding service and dedication to the chapter with the Karen League Memorial Award for Volunteer of the Year.

    Specific considerations include:

    • Demonstrates ability to deliver as promised, when promised, while exceeding expectations
    • Enables others to succeed by providing behind the scenes support
    • Applies original and creative ideas to solve challenges
    • Demonstrates and possesses a reputation for high ethical standards
    • Exhibits dedication and tenacity to achieve committee goals
    • Exhibits a positive, enthusiastic, and infectious attitude
  • Young Leader of the Year
    This award is intended to recognize the accomplishments of an Atlanta chapter participant under the age of 35. 


    Specific considerations include:

    • Demonstration of leadership and significant achievements and contributions.
    • Contribution to the CRE industry through active participation, professional development and volunteer service.
    • Nominee stands out as a role model for other young leaders in the professional community.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and current topics.
    • Strong advocacy and endorsements from leaders in the professional community.
    • Involvement in local CoreNet Global chapter.
  • Service Provider of the Year

    This award is intended to recognize the accomplishments of an Atlanta chapter participant in a Service Provider role. 

    Specific considerations include:

    • Substantive and quantifiable achievements, contributions and successes.
    • Leadership of innovative offerings, strategies, programs and services that provide value and results to their clients.
    • Application of creative approaches and innovative solutions to solve complex challenges or take advantage of attractive opportunities.
    • Possession of a broad network of sustained, positive relationships across clients, business partners and industry colleagues.
    • Strong reputation for ethical business practices and respectful interactions with clients, partners, peers, staff competitors and others that make up the Corporate Real Estate professional community.
    • Involvement in local CoreNet Global chapter.
