Model Release Agreement

I, The parent or legal guardian of the minor named above, grant permission for M. Flaim Photography to photograph my child during the specified event.

I understand that:
- A public gallery featuring photographs of the event will be available on the photographer's website for general viewing by anyone.
- A private, password protected gallery will be sent directly to the parents/guardians for downloading images and purchasing prints via email provided above.
- The images may be used for the photographer's promotional purposes, such as portfolio, website and social media.
My child's name will not be publically displayed or shared. I understand these images will be handled respectfully and professionally.

I acknowledge this release is signed voluntarily and that I am over 18 years of age.
