    ****Points will not be earned for Open, Youth, Teen and Senior at this show due to NBHA's policy. Points will count for all other classes. It is also Finals for the Buckle Series.****

    Entry Deadline:

    Entries are closing Sunday July 11, at 8 PM.

    $30 late fee for entries, payments, or changes made after July 11, 2025, at 8 PM.

    On-Site Changes cash only.
    $20 fee will be charged for any changes or add-ins, in addition to the regular class fee.

    Barrel Classes: Changes must be completed before 8:15 AM on the day of the event.
    Poles Classes, and Buckle Series: Changes or add-ins must be done before the start of all Poles classes on the event day.

    Buckle Series Finals- After the Buckle Series we are going to have the awards with some Pizza (bring your own Beverage). $5 for Members, $7 for Non-members, and Little Wranglers are free. There will be an option to select if you want pizza near the end of the entry form.

  • Saturday July 19th is our Western Fortunes show. If you are eligible and wish to enter the sidepot, you must enter open on Saturday. An entry page has been added after Sundays classes on this form.

    If time allows after all pre-paid exhibitions are completed, additional runs can be purchased at the gate for $5 each.

  • If you select 2 they must be run back to back. If you select 3 the third will be separated.

    If you choose to carry over your time, select the appropriate option (e.g., Youth Carry-over from Open).

    Please be clear when choosing to carry over times: select only the "Carry-Over" option for the class, not the class itself.

  • 3D 18 & under Poles is only a sidepot. You need to run in Open if you want your times to be carried over the the 18 and under sidepot.

  • Western Fortunes Inc. is the original Breeders incentive program. Founded in Canada and comprised of Stallion owners, Breeders and Offspring owners united in the breeding of barrel horses and enhancing the sport of barrel racing nationally.

    PLEASE NOTE: Offspring Incentives are paid out to the OWNER listed on the registration papers at the time of the event entry.👈 Breed registry transfer reports are not accepted as proof of ownership. 👉If ownership or any part of the contact information is misrepresented, owner money will be forfeited. Must have current address on file with the WF office to receive incentive money payout. Any incentive money not claimed by December 15th of the year it was earned, will be forfeited by the winner and added to the future year’s purse.
