Model release Form
1.) Grant of Rights
The model grants the photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs taken during the session for editorial, trade, advertising, promotional, social media, website, portfolio, or any other lawful purpose, in any manner or medium, now known or later developed without restriction.
2.) Compensation
The model acknowledges that this is an unpaid photoshoot, and no monetary compensation is provided. In exchange for time and services, the model may receive edited digital images at the photographer’s discretion.
3.) Usage Rights
The model understands that the photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images and may use them without further permission. The model may use the provided images for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g. portfolio, social media), provided proper credit is given to the photographer.
4.) Release
The model releases the photographer from any claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the use of the photographs, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
5.) Voluntary Participation
I am over the age of 18 and competent to sign this release.
