    Welcome! Thank you for applying as a vendor for the first annual BelRed Arts Night Market in the BelRed Arts District.   • Applications close on April 19, 2026 at 5:00PM or when we have met vendor capacity. We will notify you June 2026 if you have been accepted. Thank you for your patience!

    ALL WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL! Artwork must be handmade and produced by or under the direction of the artist. No commercial products allowed. This helps us celebrate authentic, independent artists. Thank you for honoring this vision.

    EVENT DETAILS
    Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
    Hours: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Load-in and load-out schedule will be given to you weeks before the event)
    Location: BelRed Light Rail Station Parking Lot and 130th Ave NE                          Attendees: 500+ 

    VENDOR DETAILS
    Participation cost: $150 for each booth. All costs from booth participation goes directly towards building capacity for the organization to offer more resources and services for the BelRed Arts District.

    • If you are an arts business/organization who operates in the BelRed Arts District, you may qualify for a small subsidy provided by sponsorship dollars from donors through the BelRed Arts District Community Alliance to help cover parts of the booth fee. 

    Insurance: All vendors are required to provide proof of insurance prior to the event and sign a Hold Harmless Contract. If you do not have insurance, please let us know. 
    Equipment: All vendors must bring their own items as follows. 

    • Table (up to 8 feet)
    • Chairs
    • Tents (10x10 tents or smaller only, must be compliant with all applicable provisions of the International Fire Codes CPAI 84 FR6 Requirements NFPA 701 Requirements.

    Lighting: As this is a Night Market, we are requiring all vendors to provide a strong amount of lighting. Part of the fun of Night Market is that we light up the streets! We encourage battery operated, LED lighting. If you would like to add plug in lighting please bring your own adapter, we will provide an extension cord connected to a power source.
    Power: if you are in need of power other than lighting, please let us know and we will do our best to find power for you. Other options include bringing your own generator.
    Refund Policy: Cancellations are permitted ONE MONTH (30 days) prior to an event with a partial refund and must be done via email to: info@belredarts.org. On/after the 30 day window, the company will forfeit the vendor application and booth fees.
    Photo/Video Release: By participating as a vendor in the BelRed Arts Night Market, you grant permission to the event organizers to photograph and record video of your booth, products, and staff for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used in print, online, and social media.

    Completion of the form doesn't guarantee participation due to limited space. If your application is approved, we’ll send an invoice via email. Fees must be paid in full to be placed on the floor plan. Spaces are reserved only once the invoice is paid. Approximately 7 business days prior to the event a vendor guide and the floor plan will be sent via email.
