Payment will be made to the WCC via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the stunt clinic.
The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the clinic.
All athletes/coaches/advisors attending event must have a signed medical and media release form in order to attend and participate.
All coaches and advisors must have an emergency protocol in place and communicate such protocol to WCC staff prior to clinic start.
Cancellation of the clinic within two weeks of the clinic date will result in fees of up to 50% of total cost.
No refunds will be issued for clinic cancellation within 14 days of the first day of the scheduled camp.
