    Please take note of the following:
    1. To facilitate monthly announcements updates, please provide a brief paragraph and pictures/flyers/links/QR code by the sponsors the last Friday of the previous month for the current month's announcement. This message will be used to communicate important information through our monthly announcement and digital media platforms, if any.
    2. It is important to keep in mind that the content on the dedicated page and any social media format posts may change once a month. Updates will be made on the first Friday of each month to ensure that the information and resources provided are current. Our aim is to consistently offer valuable content and keep our community well-informed.

  • Terms and Conditions
    1. Sponsors are responsible to provide their own camera-ready artwork with at least 300 dpi (.gif or .jpg or .PDF format). Refer to the artwork specifications pages for more details.


    2. Advertisement may contain company logo, slogan, individual Company web site link, general information about the advertiser that can fit into the advertising space described above. All logos and trademarks are the responsibilities of the advertisers.

    3. All seminars materials and all other handouts will be the responsibility of the sponsors and their employees.

    4. Seminars will be held in Zoom/online format.  Seminar schedule and topics shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Any damages caused by the Sponsors/Advertisers and their employees will be the sole responsibility of the sponsors and advertisers. Sponsors/advertisers and their employees will not hold Chinese American Parents Association or Diamond bar High School and associate employee(s) responsible for any damages caused.

    5. All other expenses such as zoom meeting fees, travel, products, promotional, audio/visual/media and presentational layout will be the responsibilities of the sponsors. There is a mandatory 30 minute minimum and two hours maximum for the sponsors to present. Sponsors are required to show up for the scheduled seminars. Missed seminar will not be rescheduled.

    6. Sponsors and advertisers will indemnify and hold Diamond Bar High School, Chinese American Parents Association and associated member(s) harmless from claims of defamation or other advertising injury related to its placed advertisement. The Advertisers/Sponsors will further indemnify and keep indemnified CAPA and associated member(s) in full against any losses, costs, claims (actual or threatened) and expenses howsoever incurred by CAPA and associated member(s) arising, directly or indirectly, out of your advertisements.

    7. Cancellation of the seminar, Sponsorship and advertising must be Written by request via email or letter within one month before the scheduled date.  No cancellation after June 20th of each year.

    8. All payment must be made payable to CAPA - DBHS by check or zelle at the time of executing this agreement.

    9. CAPA reserves the right to reject any advertising materials that violate any rights of any third party including but not limited to intellectual rights, right of privacy and etc. CAPA will not publish any materials deemed to be false, misleading, deceptive, malicious or defamatory. In this case, advertiser can choose to remove the wordings that are inappropriate or withdraw their advertising.

    By submitting this application, you acknowledge and accept the aforementioned terms, conditions, and statements, which are sincerely made in good faith and serve as a binding agreement between the two parties.

    If you have chosen Option 3: Annual DBHS CAPA Handbook, please refer to the artwork requirements provided below:

    • Format: The artwork should be submitted in a digital format, preferably in PDF or high-resolution JPEG.
    • Resolution: The artwork should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure high-quality printing.
    • Color Mode: Please use the CMYK color mode for the artwork to ensure accurate color reproduction in the printed handbook.
    • Fonts: If your design includes specific fonts, please provide the font files or convert the text to outlines to ensure proper display and printing.

    Please ensure that your artwork meets these requirements to facilitate a smooth production process for the Annual DBHS CAPA Handbook.
