🚛 Thank you for your interest in renting a trailer with Texas Rental Supply LLC. Please review the following key details before submitting your booking:

🔔 Please note, payment in full is due upon pickup. The CASH rental rate is $75 for 6 hours, $99 for 12 hours and $125 for 24hrs. 7+ days = $100 a day. For credit/debit card payments, a 3% charge will be added. 

Hourly add ons availble at $20/hr, subject to availability. 

 
💳 Security Deposit  
A  $125 refundable deposit on a MAJOR CREDIT CARD is required for all trailer rentals. This will cover potential tolls, damage, cleaning fees, or late return.

🧾 Rental Requirements
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
We require a photo of your license and your vehicle's license plate, which can be uploaded within this form.

🧹 Cleaning & Dumping Policy
Trailers must be returned clean and free of debris.
A $75 cleaning fee applies if returned dirty.
Fees up to $500 may be charged for trailers returned with undumped material.

📍 Pickup & Location
Pickups and returns are scheduled by appointment near Manchaca and Mathews Lane in South Austin. Exact location will be shared upon confirmation. Pickup/dropoff hours are 7am-6pm unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Upon dropoff, the trailer must be returned directly to a member of our team for inspection of damage and cleanliness. Failure to complete an in-person return and inspection may result in charges for damages or cleaning issues, including those you may not have had the opportunity to review or dispute.

❗Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a partial or full fee. There are NO refunds for early returns.

Please make sure you have put in a booking request on our website. 

Bookings are confirmed only once the rental agreement is signed and deposit is paid with a major credit card. 

Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

There are no partial refunds for early returns. 

If cancelled within 24-48 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit.

If cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, or if the renter is a no-show, the entire daily rental fee $125 may be withheld. The deposit will still be refunded, unless other conditions apply.

No partial refunds will be issued for early returns.

EXTENSION & LATE RETURN POLICY:

• Renter must request any extension at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled return time.

• If the trailer is available, the renter will be charged only the rate difference based on the longer-rental discounted pricing.

• Trailers returned after the agreed return time without prior approval will incur a $50 per hour late fee.

• All approved extensions must be paid within 4 hours of approval to avoid additional late fees.

7. Credit Card Authorization: Renter agrees to provide a valid credit or debit card to be stored securely through Stripe. By signing this agreement, Renter authorizes Hubbell Brothers Rentals to charge the card on file for:

• Any damage to the trailer discovered upon return

• Late fees, cleaning fees, or replacement costs

• Unreturned equipment or accessories

• Toll road charges incurred during the rental period

• Any unpaid balances due after the return

ATTENTION: THE NEXT FEW POLICIES ARE VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Secure Card Authorization

You will receive a secure payment link to hold an authorizaion for charges and damages. Your card will be stored on file with consent for damages, late fees, tolls, and other costs as outlined above.

IMPORTANT: If you plan to pay your rental fee in cash, you are still required to add a card on file for the $125 hold, which will be released after your rental is complete assuming there is no damage or lost/stoeln property. 

Rental payment in card or cash is due upon pickup.
