    The journey format allows each session to build upon the last, creating space for deeper healing, lasting integration, and continued support between sessions.

    This is a personalized 3-session experience designed to support your healing process over time, with support continuing between sessions.

    Includes:

    • Three private 60 to 90-minute sessions over 4 to 6 weeks, in person or virtual.
    • Holy Fire Reiki, Rose Guidance, sound healing and oracle insight
    • Weekly distance Holy Fire check-ins to continue tending the work between sessions
    • Personalized email reflections after each session to help track what is shifting, opening, and integrating
    • A handcrafted Sacred Rose Offering from my All Things Rose collection, selected to support your healing between sessions (Examples include: Sacred Rose Spray, Rose Tea, and/or a Rose Bath Ritual.)

    A: Perfect. No prior experience is needed. Reiki flows naturally and meets you exactly where you are.

    Q: What do Reiki bursts between sessions feel like?
    A: Some people notice warmth, tingling, calm, or emotional release. Others experience more subtle shifts. Every experience is unique, and there is no "right" way to receive the work.

    Q: What if I need to reschedule?
    A: Life happens. Please communicate with me in advance so we can honor the container with respect and flow.
