    KINN & Co is proud to bring markets back to the heart of Subiaco with the return of the beloved Subi Night Market—a thriving weekly celebration of community, culture and cuisine that continues to grow in size, reputation and local pride.

    Every Saturday evening, Market Square (opposite Subiaco Oval) transforms into a buzzing village atmosphere inspired by the charm of Europe’s great park markets—think Central Park meets Hyde Park, with the warmth and connection of a local piazza.

    This season, we're building on that vision more than ever:
    ✨ A fuller live entertainment program across multiple zones
    🎨 Artists in residence and roving performances
    🍷 A curated pop-up bar under the stars
    🎶 Weekly live music to soundtrack your market night
    🧺 And of course, Perth’s most loved food trucks and retailers

    Each week, over 5,000 locals and visitors gather to eat, drink, shop and connect—Subi Night Market has quickly become a point of pride for the community and a must-do on the Perth events calendar.

    With community support stronger than ever, this season promises a richer, more immersive experience for patrons and vendors alike.

    🗓️ Every Saturday night, 6 September 2025 to 25 April 2026 (not inc 25 October 2025 closed due to Unwined Subiaco Event)

    About This Form
    This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) and does not guarantee a place at Subi Night Market.

    All submissions will be reviewed carefully and vendors will be selected based on quality, suitability and availability. Only successful applicants will be notified by email.

    Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

    Fees

    Food Stall 3m x 3m or Vehicles = $399 + GST

    Beverage & Dessert Stalls 3m x 3m or Vehicles = $185 + GST

    Retail Stall 3m x 3m = $85 + GST

    Brand Activation = Price on Application

     

    (Full refunds for any events cancelled by Event Managers due to inclement weather only, no refunds for cancellations by vendors)

     

     ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN SILENCED GENERATORS - no mains power available on site.

  • If you do not have a website or social media presence, please provide images of your product via email markets@kinnandco.com Please include branding / logos. This information will be used in the selection process and promotion of the markets.
     


  • Food & Beverage Stallholders

    All food & beverage vendors are required to supply documentation under the public health act and City of Subiaco bylaws for food compliances with all safety regulations concerning the preparation, storage, display and sale of food and beverages. If you intend to sell food and/or drinks, you must submit an "Application to Sell Food at Events" to the City of Subiaco. This application must be submitted to City of Subiaco a minimum of 4 weeks prior to trading.   • A copy of your Food Act 2008 Certificate of Registration and other permits maybe required. Successful applicants will be advised of these requirements in due course.

  • Insurance

    All stallholders are required to provide a current certificate of a minimum $10 million Public Liability insurance. It is highly recommended that all stallholders have insurance for the products, especially if selling food.

  • Agreement

    I certify that I have read, understood and agreed to abide by the Subi Night Market terms and conditions as attached and outlined above. I understand that if I, or any of my staff, do not comply with the rules and regulations, I may be asked to leave the event site or be liable for any resulting damage to equipment, the venue or people. I agree to comply with the Market management directives. I, as the owner / operator of the stall, hereby indemnify the event for any loss, damage, liability or any other action in any way resulting from my stall application or use of my stall site area.
