Refund Policy
If you submit a cancellation of your entry PRIOR to 6am the morning of race day by emailing ChargersRC@outlook.com your race fees will be refunded. The club will not hold future credits. If an email was not received prior to 6am race day, race fees are non-refundable.
For cancelled race days, entries will be carried over to the next "same track" race meet. If you are unable to attend the next race day, please email the club as above and we will process a refund for you.
