    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Office Management:

    • Facilities Management and Administration: Oversee all aspects of office maintenance and office expenses. This includes managing relationships with vendors, coordinating repairs, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly.
    • Procurement: Responsible for ordering and managing office supplies, equipment, and furniture, ensuring the office is always well-stocked and equipped for optimal productivity.
    • Logistics & Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team and management, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting with travel arrangements as needed.
    • HR Administration Support: Maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and vacation time. Assist with onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
    • Team Welfare: Champion a positive and supportive work environment, assisting with the organization of team events, celebrations, and initiatives to boost morale and engagement.


    Recruiting:

    Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for sales professionals, from initial requisition to offer acceptance. This includes:

    • Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract top sales talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
    • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, and facilitate the offer process.

    Performance Tracking & KPIs:

    Daily Sales KPIs: Assist in tracking and reporting on daily sales team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes monitoring:

    • Number of calls made by sales representatives.
    • Call conversion rates (e.g., appointments set, qualified leads generated). 

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in an Office Manager and Recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced sales environment.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
    • Experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems - advantage
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently.
    • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
    • Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices in Argentina is a plus.

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: $1200 USD per month
    • Performance Bonuses: Opportunities for additional bonuses based on office management efficiency and successful recruitment outcomes.
