• Farm School Enrollment Form

    Please fill out this form to enroll your child in our farm school. Farm School is $60 for each month which includes one class per week for 4 weeks. Classes will be held from 10:30 - 11:30. Makeup days will be announced if needed for teacher sickness, weather or other emergency. If your child is sick or has to miss class please notify me and you may attend another day of the week or use it the next month (After 30 days this expires). NO REFUNDS will be given, if you cannot make up a class or decide not to finish out the month please consider it a donation to the animals . Signing this form means you agree to all rules read below. As I run this on my own we ask that parents stay to be an extra hand if their child needs it. If you have another child that is not attending please do your best to bring an activity to keep them busy and not disruptive of the class.
