Please read each statement carefully. By checking each box below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following program expectations and participation requirements:* This field is required.
I understand attendance is required at the monthly Ambassador Leadership Virtual Call (approx. 1 hour). If an Ambassador is unable to attend a scheduled meeting, they are responsible for proactively obtaining meeting materials, reviewing updates, and scheduling the required make-up call within seven (7) days.
I understand attendance is required at one quarterly the Ambassador Leadership Education Training (approximately 1 hour). Training topics may include sales, sponsorship development, marketing, public speaking and presentation skills, networking, communication, conflict resolution, event planning, financial management, strategic planning, personal branding, mentorship, business development, and other professional leadership topics designed to strengthen my skills as a Market Ambassador and industry leader.
I understand that I will participate in one quarterly Leadership Development Seminar designed to strengthen my leadership capabilities, with opportunities to learn from and engage with our Executive Coach (approximately 1 hour).
I understand that I will develop my leadership, project management, public speaking, and event planning skills by successfully organizing and hosting ten (10) educational master-class events and one (1) annual celebration/awards event during the certification year (approximately 3 hours per event).
I understand that I will develop budgeting, financial stewardship, and business planning skills by raising and maintaining an operational market budget in accordance with organizational funding goals and financial management policies (approximately 1–2 hours per month).
I understand that I will actively support organizational initiatives throughout the year as opportunities arise and will demonstrate and strengthen my leadership skills by taking an active leadership role in at least one (1) significant annual initiative that advances the Organization's mission, strategic priorities, and community impact goals (approximately 4 hours total).
I understand that I will complete all required organizational certifications within the timelines established by the Organization (approximately 1–2 hours per certification). Unless otherwise specified, required certifications must be completed within sixty (60) days of notification.
I understand that I will strengthen my networking, community engagement, and relationship-building skills by hosting/coordinating at least six (6) introductory networking events each year designed to welcome prospective and existing members (approximately 1-1.5 hours each).
