  • PPC / User Acquisition Lead

    Job Description
  • As the PPC Lead / User Acquisition Lead at Spines, you will be a key player in driving our user acquisition strategy across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of paid campaigns, from strategy and execution to optimization and analysis. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your impact directly contributes to the company’s rapid growth and success.

    This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a team of acquisition specialists, helping shape the future of Spines’ digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for crafting campaigns that maximize user acquisition and brand visibility, ensuring our cutting-edge platform reaches a global audience of aspiring authors and readers.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to drive user acquisition and growth.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Budget Management: Manage acquisition budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while meeting cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) targets.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance through data analytics tools, providing actionable insights and adjustments for optimization.
    • A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels, driving higher performance and engagement.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and branding.
    • Technology Utilization: Leverage automation and data-driven tools to streamline processes and scale campaigns efficiently.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, translating performance metrics into actionable strategies.
    • Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry changes, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years of experience
    • Proven experience as a PPC Manager, User Acquisition Manager, or similar role, focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Experience managing high-budget campaigns with a strong track record of optimizing for ROI.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
    • Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad and data platforms.
    • Experience in A/B testing, audience targeting, and keyword research.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
    • Self-motivated and passionate about growth marketing and data-driven strategies.
