I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, Prescriptions of the RYA, the directives of Peel Ports Medway and the Medway Yacht Club Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions for this event. In particular I have read the Risk Statement of the Notice of Race and confirm that I agree to their provisions and that my boat will conform to their requirements throughout the event.

Before racing I will ensure my crew is aware of the undertaking in this declaration, the importance of effecting appropriate personal insurance and their responsibility in rule observance in particular wearing of personal buoyancy adequate for the conditions.
