    As our business grows, we are looking for a General Manager (GM) to lead our  sales operation. This role oversees a high-performing, English-speaking team of 10–25 sales agents who work directly with U.S. clients. The team’s focus is to close deals — no lead generation, no qualification, just pure, high-quality sales execution.

    As GM, you will be responsible for all aspects of site management: team leadership, performance oversight, process execution, culture building, and alignment with Spines’ U.S. revenue goals.

  • We are seeking a hands-on, metrics-obsessed sales leader with a proven track record managing call center or telesales teams. You excel at coaching agents to close, building structure for scale, and creating a culture of accountability and growth. You thrive in high-velocity, English-speaking environments and are passionate about developing talent.

    Location: On-Site, Hermosillo

    What You Will Do:

    • Lead and manage a team of 10–25 English-speaking sales agents, focused exclusively on closing sales with U.S.-based prospects.
    • Drive revenue performance across all key KPIs, including deal close rate, conversion, call efficiency, and average deal value.
    • Oversee daily operations of the sales floor — from agent workflows to shift coverage to team morale.
    • Coach agents directly through 1-on-1s, call reviews, live feedback, and structured training programs.
    • Recruit and onboard top-tier sales talent to grow the site and maintain a pipeline of high performers.
    • Monitor and optimize CRM performance (HubSpot or equivalent), ensuring all data and call activities are tracked and leveraged.
    • Align your site with HQ in terms of sales goals, client experience standards, and strategic initiatives.
    • Foster a winning, collaborative sales culture, built on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements: 

    • 5+ years of experience managing U.S.-facing inside sales or call center teams (B2C preferred).
    • Located in or within travel distance to Hermosillo (or near). 
    • Proven success in running outbound/inbound sales floors with agents closing deals daily.
    • Native or near native English fluency.
    • Strong experience with CRM systems and sales dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to lead through motivation and structure.
    • Strong data literacy — ability to interpret reports and translate them into clear actions.
    • Familiarity with U.S. consumer behavior; publishing or creative industry knowledge is a bonus.
