By submitting your profile for the ACLAS Student/Alumni Spotlight, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility Requirements
- Graduation Status: Only students who have successfully completed their studies and have officially graduated are eligible to participate.
- Mandatory Google Review: To be eligible for selection, you must submit a public Google Review for our institution. Submissions from individuals who have not completed a review will be automatically ignored.
2. Selection & Priority
- Selection Process: Submission does not guarantee a feature. The editorial team reserves the right to select profiles that best align with our current marketing goals.
- Affiliate Priority: Students who are active participants in our Official Affiliate Program will be given higher priority and a significantly higher chance of being featured.
3. Content Usage & Rights
- Media Release: By submitting your profile and photos, you grant Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (ACLAS) a non-exclusive, perpetual right to edit, publish, and share your story and likeness across our official website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
- Image Modification & Layout: We reserve the right to crop, edit, filter, or modify any submitted photos. This is to ensure the visuals align with our brand identity and social media layout requirements.
- Accuracy: You certify that all information provided is accurate and represents your true professional and academic journey.
Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (ACLAS) reserves the right to remove or archive any featured spotlight at its discretion without prior notice.
