We can provide up to two free helper passes to the weekend, and ask that you only bring people who are essential to running your stall. If you need more than two helpers, please email events@butserancientfarm.co.uk to discuss purchasing additional passes.

Vehicles

We can provide up to two free vehicle parking passes, and ask that you limit the number of vehicles and car share as much as possible. Vehicles will have access to the site for set up and then be directed to park off-site before opening to the public.

Pitch fees

You will be assigned a pitch on site. If your setup doesn’t fit neatly into one of our pitch categories, please let us know your exact space requirements in advance, as space is limited. Pitch fees are non‑refundable and must be paid within 7 days of receiving your email confirmation of acceptance. All prices are VAT‑inclusive. Please note that traders are required to supply their own equipment, including gazebos, tables, chairs, and any additional items needed for setup.
