Travel Booking Form

use this form to book an appointment with me while i'm traveling in your city! my upcoming tattooing dates & locations are as follows:

please read all info below:

❦ PRICING - i generally work on a $250 minimum; most designs range from $250-$500, with larger/more complex pieces coming out between $500-700. pricing is determined by level of detail involved, placement, and size - i will give you a quote upon reaching out to schedule your appointment. i will always adjust my rates to match local pricing. however, please keep in mind that higher budget projects will likely be prioritized during guest spots, in order to compensate for travel expenses and shop guest fees.

❦ DEPOSIT - be ready to pay your deposit within 48 hours of receiving my booking response ($100 non-refundable/non-transferable that is credited toward your tattoo's final cost) - your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. if i do not hear back from you in 48 hours, your slot will be forfeited and opened back to the public.

❦ CASH/ZELLE - i accept zelle or cash payments, with the exception of security deposits and guest spots outside the U.S., for which i also accept venmo & paypal.

❦ RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY - if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice (more is better). if you do not give at least 48 hours notice, or if you need to reschedule a second time, you forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to make a new appointment. no-shows will not be rescheduled.
