Workshops: Workshops focus on practical skills that matter day-to-day, from managing time and money to navigating relationships and workplace dynamics. These aim to offer clear, useful strategies that can be adapted to fit different needs.

Individualized Coaching: Using goal-setting and life planning frameworks- like SMART goals, the Wheel of Life, and GROW coaching- participants are supported in a one-on-one setting to make choices aligned with their values and strengths.

Professional Mentorship Network: Neurodivergent mentors and participants meet one-on-one to explore topics such as exercising autonomy around disclosure, building sustainable work routines, advocating in new environments, and understanding how neurodivergence affects strengths, stressors, and needs at work.
- Funded Project: Project-based grant for participants interested in developing creative projects, strategic initiatives, or community-centered efforts. (Not offered separately. Part of the Young Adults Program and can be explored if relevant)
