    You will be contacted via email and asked to pay your vendor fee (and any selected add-ons) by e-transfer. Your spot will not be reserved until you have paid!
  • Terms & Conditions

    - Vendor fees are payable after jurying, upon notification of acceptance by the Vancouver Pagan Pride Project. Fees are ONLY REFUNDABLE under the following circumstances: 1: Pagan Pride Project cancels the event 2: The vendor cancels their contract by email BY May 30th 2025 - Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the organiser, however requests will be granted if available - E-transfer is required to secure your spot - Vendors may not sublet or reassign their space. Sharing of spaces is allowed, but EACH VENDOR must submit an application for approval. - Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, canopies (unless rented), decorations and nourishment. - There is NO SMOKING at the venue, as per provincial bylaws. -Please bring a non-perishable food item for the local food bank, if possible. - If you would like to run a workshop, ritual, or performance, please let us know.
  • Should the VPPD accept this application, this document shall become a contract on the following terms:

    1: The vendor, in performance of this contract, shall comply with all applicable local, provincial and federal ordinances and laws 2:The vendor must confine their merchandise, all sales or requests for contributions or activities to the space assigned. The posting of any advertisement, bill, sign, banner or printed matter other than that within the assigned space must be requested in the application. 3: The organisers do not have access to the site until 8am. Vendors are expected to show up in a timely manner and be ready for opening at 10 AM SHARP. This allows two hours for vendor setup. 4: VPPD will close to the public at 5:00 PM. The site must be cleared by 6:30 PM. Any vendor delaying site closure will be responsible for paying any extension in site rental costs incurred. 5: Vendors are to leave NOTHING behind at the end of day. Please help by cleaning up rubbish to leave the space nicer than when we arrived. 6: Nothing is to be hung or attached to the trees. Offenders will be held responsible for any and all cleaning and restoration costs. Nothing may be staked into the ground as per city bylaws. 7: Banned items for sale include (but are not limited to) real weapons, live animals or plants. pornography, and other illegal or offensive items. PPD reserves the right to restrict the display of any item deemed unsuitable at their discretion, and the vendor agrees to immediately remove any material that does not meet the approval of PPD. 8: Pagan Pride Project reserves the right to relocate any vendors space within the location if necessary for safety or better use of premises. 9: PPD reserves the right to interpret the provisions of this contract; in the event of any disagreement with the contractors to the meaning of such provisions, the project's interpretation will be final and binding. 10: Pagan Pride Project reserves the right to have a vendor removed from the premises for contract violation or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Liability Waiver

    By participating in Vancouver Pagan Pride Day, the vendor agrees to release, discharge, hold harmless and forever acquit the Pagan Pride Project, Organiser Goldie Lundbek, the planning committee, sponsors, volunteers, and their officers, agents, representatives and employees from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, or any liabilities whatsoever, know or unknown, now existing or which may arise in the future on account of or in any way related to or arising out of participation in the said Vancouver Pagan Awareness Day (formally Vancouver Pagan Pride Day), including but not restricted to any loss or damage, injury or expense. Further, the vendor assumes all responsibility for their employee(s), helpers, or any accompanying nonparticipants.
