Before you sign, please read Terms & Conditions. Deposit. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due at least 5 days before your pickup/delivery date. No payment = no order. Deposit can be made via MMG+ / Cash. Inquiries are held for a 48 hour grace period. Follow ups are send on Wednesdays for weekend pickup/ delivery Changes. Changes to your order must be requested at least 7 days before your event. Design adjustments after that may not be accepted. Cancellations & Refunds Orders canceled 7+ days in advance: You may receive a partial credit toward a future order.Orders canceled less than 7 days before the event: No refunds or credits. Pickup & Delivery. If you select pickup, you must arrive on time and confirm your order. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before your pickup/delivery date. At Anjie Sweets & Treats, all treats are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including: • Milk • Eggs • Wheat (Gluten) • Soy • Tree Nuts & Peanuts • Food Coloring & Preservatives. We do not guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Even if an item does not contain a specific allergen, cross-contamination is possible. 🍴Client Responsibility: By signing this agreement, you acknowledge: • You have informed us of any known allergies. • You understand the risk of cross-contamination. • You accept full responsibility for consumption by yourself or your guests.If you or anyone consuming the treats has a severe food allergy, we recommend purchasing from a certified allergen-free facility.
