    We are looking for diverse and local food truck / food vendors to showcase at the BelRed Arts Night Market. Cost to participate is $150.

    Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
    Hours: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Load-in and load-out schedule will be given to you weeks before the event)
    Location: BelRed Light Rail Station Parking Lot and 130th Ave NE

    Attendees: 500+ 

    FOOD TRUCK DETAILS

    Documents & Permits: All food trucks must provide proof of these documents and permits completed at the day of the event

    • Operational food truck permit: A Fire Marshal Mobile Food Operating Permit  for the City of Bellevue. This permit is required for all food preparation vendors equipped with appliances that produce smoke or grease-laden vapors or utilize liquefied petroleum (LP)-gas systems or compressed natural gas (CNG) systems for the purpose of preparing and serving food to the public. There is a fee associated with this permit. 
    • WA Food Truck inspection completion
    • Certificate of Insurance
    • Food Handler's Permit

    Power Source

    All food vendors must provide their own electricity and power needs. 

    Photo/Video Release: By participating as a food truck vendor in the BelRed Arts Night Market, you grant permission to the event organizers to photograph and record video of your booth, products, and staff for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used in print, online, and social media.
