Please note:

The information listed above includes starting prices and the price may increase depending on complexity or size of the design requested.
Stamps with words or lettering have a starting price of an additional $5.00 for a total starting price of $15.00.
If you are requesting multiple types or multiple designs, please submit multiple forms with the related information for each design. (Ex. if ordering a Mini Stamp and Regular Stamp, please submit 2 forms. If ordering two Mini Stamps with each a different design, please submit 2 forms, etc.)

Describe your design idea and the meaning behind it (especially if your design does not include words). If requesting a "Regular Stamp" please indicate the approximate size.

Understanding the meaning and purpose behind your design can help inform any amendments or suggestions we may provide and our hand-carving process.

Please upload a reference image or drawing of your design. (It does not have to be perfect but must be clear. To clarify any elements in your image/drawing, please refer back to the previous question)

Media Release

Media release is optional and does not factor into whether your custom order request will be accepted.

By indicated "Yes, I consent", you consent to and authorize the appearance and utilization of your design in photography and/or videography by Kita Kita Ink for the following purposes: publication, display and exhibition, promotional activities, advertising, including in the form of audio visual presentations, illustrations and posters, video, internet or any other new media or format (print, web, digital, social media, and all other forms) within Kita Kita Ink related properties and websites.

Custom Order Request Agreement

By marking the checkbox below, you acknowledge and understand the following:

You are providing Kita Kita Ink with permission to utilize your design/logo/related information for the custom order that you have requested.
All products by Kita Kita Ink are hand-carved and may not be an exact replica of any proposed digital or hand-drawn designs.
Kita Kita Ink may provide design amendments or suggestions upon review of your proposed design for reasons including, but not limited to, correcting for spacing in the hand-carving process, clarity of the design, etc. These amendments or suggestions are not required to be implemented. Should the amendments or suggestions not be implemented, Kita Kita Ink will not be held responsible for any discontent with the final product.
Prices may increase depending on the complexity or size of the proposed design and Kita Kita Ink will provide a price quote after the submission of the Custom Order Request Form. Should design amendments or changes from any party be requested after submitting this form, Kita Kita Ink reserves the right to provide an updated quote.
Kita Kita Ink reserves the right to refuse a custom design.

Examples: Stamp is a gift and design is not to be shared on social media until after a certain date, request for the stamp to be completed by a certain date, etc. NOTE: Kita Kita Ink does not guarantee that additional requests can be fulfilled. Kita Kita Ink will notify you of information regarding such matters.
