Join us for an inspiring Upcycling Fashion Workshop, where creativity meets sustainability! Learn how to transform old pieces into fresh, stylish, and functional designs while supporting a greener future. Workshop Highlights: Expert tips & tricks from a fashion industry guest speaker - Bring your own materials — clothing, accessories, or anything you’d like to reinvent - Plenty of supplies and materials available on-site - Access to sewing stations (or bring your own machine!) - One-on-one guidance from skilled artists and designers - Optional Fashion Show Opportunity: Participants are invited (but not required!) to showcase a piece in our May 14 End-of-Year Luncheon and Fashion Show, where a model will walk the runway wearing your design. You may feature something you create during the workshop or a piece you’ve designed previously — the choice is yours! Our workshop will focus on creating an accessory or simple fashion piece that could be featured in the show. You’ll also have time beyond the workshop to complete or refine your item if you decide to participate.This is more than a workshop — it’s your chance to create, connect, and contribute to a more sustainable, inspired world.
