1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in pole dance and related activities at Cherry X Pole Dance Studios involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strains, falls, or other accidents. I understand that these activities require physical strength, flexibility, and coordination, and I am voluntarily choosing to participate.

2. Assumption of Risks
I accept all risks associated with participation in pole dance classes and related activities, whether known or unknown, and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in classes at Cherry X Pole Dance Studios, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the studio, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused by negligence. We have the right to refuse service.

4. Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the studio staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to consent. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Health and Fitness
I certify that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in pole dance activities. I agree to inform the studio of any health issues or injuries prior to class.

6. Photography and Video
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during classes or events to be used for promotional purposes by Cherry X Pole Dance Studios.

7. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bell County.
