2026 Annual Loon Lake Community Association Boat Parking Registration for Swim Beach and Boat Launch.

Non-motorized Watercraft Parking Fee and Release of Liability Agreement is required for parking any non-motorized watercraft types including, but not limited to, rowboat, canoe, kayak, or SUP board on the LLCA beaches.

The 2026 parking fee is $25 per watercraft for either the swim beach (beach A) or the boat launch (Beach B). Parking permits are available only to paid members of the LLCA and their guests.

This section to be completed for Permits for renters I would like to obtain (number) parking stickers for renters at $25 each. Parking stickers for renters are valid for boat parking onlywhile they are at Loon Lake. These stickers are good for one guest’s boat onlyand are not transferable. Renters will remove their boats from the parking areawhen they depart Loon Lake. I agree thatmy renters will properly clean their watercraft(s) with a bleach solution toprevent introduction of invasive species to Loon Lake.

I agree to hold LLHOA harmless for any damage or loss that may occur to my or my renter’s watercraft(s) or its contents while parked at Swim Beach or Boat Launch. I assume sole responsibility for my property. I agree my non-motorized watercraft(s) will be removed by myself or my agent no later than October 31 each year. I further understand and agree that LLHOA cannot and does not assume any responsibility for any such property, damage to my or my renter’s watercraft(s), theft of my or my renter’s watercraft(s), or any part of the watercraft, or loss of personal articles from my or my renter’s watercraft(s This agreement does not purport changes to APA restrictions on lake rights available to Swim Beach or confer deeded rights to those who do not have such rights.
