1. Scope of Services A+ Travels by Angie provides travel planning and booking services including cruises, all-inclusive vacations, group travel, and other land and air arrangements. We act as an independent travel advisor and work with reputable third-party travel suppliers. 2. Agency Relationship We serve as an intermediary between you (the client) and travel suppliers such as cruise lines, airlines, resorts, and tour operators. Your bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those individual suppliers. A+ Travels by Angie is not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers or changes in their services. 3. Payments & Deposits All quotes are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made. Payment policies are governed by the individual supplier. A+ Travels by Angie does not hold or process client funds; payments are made directly to the travel supplier. For suppliers that do not offer client payment options and payment must be processed by the travel agent; a credit card authorization form will be completed by the client for each payment that is made. 4. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment against unexpected cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or travel delays. You acknowledge that A+ Travels by Angie has offered you the option to purchase insurance and that you assume full responsibility if you decline it. 5. Cancellations & Changes Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are outlined in your travel documents. A+ Travels by Angie is not responsible for penalties, fees, or non-refundable costs associated with supplier changes or cancellations. 6. Client Responsibility You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all travel documents (names, dates, passport info, etc.), understanding entry requirements (visas, vaccinations, testing), and being aware of any travel advisories or safety concerns. 7. Limitation of Liability A+ Travels by Angie is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third party or event beyond our control, including weather, strikes, acts of terrorism, or force majeure. 8. Fees for Services A+ Travels by Angie provides customized travel research and planning tailored to each client's needs. Clients will receive one complimentary travel quote based on their initial request. If additional quotes, significant revisions, or new destination requests are made after the initial proposal, a non-refundable planning fee of $50 will be required. This fee covers the time and research involved in creating additional customized options. Additional quotes will be provided after the planning fee has been received. If a booking is made, the planning fee will be applied toward the total cost of the trip. 9. Privacy Policy Client information is collected for the sole purpose of planning and managing your travel arrangements. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties outside of travel suppliers. 10. Acceptance of Terms By booking with A+ Travels by Angie, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
