The Full Picture Game Show – Contestant Waiver and Release Form

1. Eligibility
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and eligible to participate in The Full Picture Game Show (“the Game Show”), produced by Mobile Edventures LLC.
2. Nature of the Game Show
I understand and acknowledge that:
- The Game Show is a contest of skill, knowledge, or entertainment, and participation does not guarantee a prize.
- All decisions regarding scoring, rules, and winner determination are made by Mobile Edventures LLC and are final and binding.
- If selected to participate, I will receive a one-time payment of $30 USD as compensation for my time and participation.
- I may also be eligible to receive an additional prize if I am determined to be the winner of the Game Show, as defined and awarded solely at the discretion of Mobile Edventures LLC.
3. Media Release & Use of Likeness
I hereby grant to Mobile Edventures LLC, its affiliates, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns, the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to:
- Record, photograph, film, and otherwise capture my image, voice, performance, and likeness during my participation in the Game Show.
- Use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, perform, publish, stream, and/or broadcast such recordings (in whole or in part) on YouTube, social media platforms, websites, or other promotional or commercial mediums now known or hereafter devised.
- I understand that I will receive no additional compensation beyond the $30 participation fee and any prize I may win.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game Show content (including recordings, audio, video, photographs, and materials produced during or related to the Game Show) are and shall remain the sole property of Mobile Edventures LLC. I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the materials in which I appear.
5. Conduct and Content
I agree not to engage in any conduct during the Game Show that is:
- Offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful to others.
- In violation of any local, state, or federal law.
Mobile Edventures LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the Game Show at its sole discretion for behavior it deems inappropriate or disruptive.
6. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Game Show. I understand that Mobile Edventures LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur during or as a result of participation.
7. Release of Liability
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Mobile Edventures LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Game Show, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or rights of publicity or privacy.
8. No Employment or Ongoing Compensation
I understand that:
- Participation in the Game Show does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between myself and Mobile Edventures LLC.
- I will receive a one-time payment of $30 USD for my participation, which represents full and final compensation.
- I am not entitled to any further compensation, royalties, residuals, or payments now or in the future beyond the one-time payment and any prize awarded.
9. Miscellaneous
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA.
- If any provision of this release is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- This document reflects the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release Form.
