    Step 1. Fill out this form to "Build Your Box" of the flavors that you'll enjoy most!

    Step 2. Caylee will reach out to review your order details and confirm that she has availability for your order.

    Step 3. Items can be picked up or delivered for an additional charge (free delivery in Gardner & Baldwin City, KS). At this time items cannot be delivered outside of Kansas.

    • Below you'll see Cinnamon Rolls in three categories: Classic Dough, Orange Dough, and Banana Dough. Cookies are grouped by Classic Flavors and Gourmet Cookies. 

      To begin your order, just click the checkbox square on the left for each item you'd like.

      Then, choose your quantity per item
      - Cinnamon Rolls are sold in pans of 4, with 1 flavor per pan
      - Cookies are sold in boxes of 6, with up to 3 flavors per box

      To prevent the error message from popping up, simply choose a number of items, or uncheck the checkbox on the left to deselect the group.

      For orders under $50: Payment is not due until delivery/pickup

      For orders over $50: a 50% deposit is required to hold your spot on the calendar

      All payment can be processed through Venmo @AlmostDawnBakery or paid in cash.

    • How it All Began
      Caylee has been baking since early childhood where she loved to make tasty desserts for friends and family. In college, she began by studying Food Science, then transitioned to Family & Consumer Science Education so she could invest in the next generation. She graduated with her Bachelors in FACS with a minor in Global Food Systems Leadership.

      Culinary Teacher
      Caylee currently teaches culinary classes at Baldwin City High School. This includes advanced baking and pastry courses and a capstone Catering course. Her students have competed in various contests and catered to a wide variety of events in the community. You can follow her student's work on Instagram @mrs.t_classroom
