Afterschool childcare services

Hi everyone, I have created the below survey to gauge student numbers who are in need of an afterschool service in Kilcullen. I will be meeting with a local TD in a couple of weeks to discuss the urgent need for such a service in Kilcullen and I would like to show them how many people are looking for afterschool childcare sevices in our locality. I have 3 children, aged between 9 months and 5 years and we are directly affected by the lack of an afterschool service.
