2025 RCSHOF Coach of the Year Nomination Form

Mission:

To create a sustainable environment that recognizes world class athletes, present and past, who began their journeys in the Redlands. To raise awareness of the history of sport in Redlands and to recognize and celebrate up-and-coming athletes, coaches, officials, administrators, volunteers and organizations who have significantly contributed to the development of the Redland Coast sporting community.

Nomination Information for Coach of the Year

Any person or organisation may nominate.

This award seeks to recognize someone who has coached at club level or regional, state or national level whilst maintaining their local affiliation.

Please read the Selection Criteria thoroughly and ensure that your nominee meets all requirements

Please ensure you select the correct form for your nomination.

All sections on the form MUST be completed, and detailed citations will assist greatly with the selection process.

The office will be unable to process nominations that have inadequate information.

Members selected will be notified and invited to accept Membership. Nominators of successful nominees will also be notified.

To be eligible for consideration for the Coach of the Year Award, the Nominated Coach must:

Must be a registered coach with the organization

Must be an accredited coach

Nominations to be submitted by September 30th, 2025
