Thank you so much for applying with Heart of Phoenix! We appreciate for your interest. We are a dedicated team of volunteers who work to help horses daily. The application process is set up to require applications be entirely complete with all areas meeting our requirements in order to be approved. Sometimes, we need additional information, videos/photos or need to make special requests to finalize an application decision. As a reminder, the application team is unable to explain in exact detail what led to to this decision. It is our hope that this form will indicate the areas that need improvement that will make an approval possible, if you chose to reapply.
