    Important Notice for Prior Customers: If you or your secondary account holder have an outstanding balance, any payments made upon signing up for this service will be applied to the past due amount first. This amount will not be refunded
  • Equipment Ownership: Rented equipment is owned by Essential Rentals.

    Rental Payments: Minimum 3-month rental. Washer and dryer set: $62.98/month. Washer or dryer only: $31.49/month.

    Missed Appointment Fee: Notify us 6 business hours in advance to avoid a $35 fee. Late Payment: $10 late fee, processed automatically with the credit card on file.

    Customer Responsibility: Ensure the credit card on file is valid with sufficient funds. Non-payment may result in additional fees and equipment retrieval. Right to Refuse Service: We may refuse service for late payments or disrespectful behavior.

    Clearance During Delivery: Provide approximately 1 foot of clearance on each side of the machines for delivery and removal. Essential Rentals is not responsible for damage to walls or surroundings if adequate clearance is not provided. Essential Rentals is not responsible for floor damage during use or installation. Insurance Requirement: Customers must have either rental insurance or homeowners insurance that covers any damages to their home or neighbors' homes in the event of flood, fire, or damage. Essential Rentals is not responsible for personal injury resulting from the use of our equipment. Essential Rentals is also not responsible for any damage to clothing or belongings resulting from the use of our equipment.
