    We are no longer able to issue vouchers for new donation requests for this fiscal year. Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to submit early after our new fiscal year begins July 1 for the best chance at a donation.

  • TCA Donation Request Form

    Tempe Center for the Arts (TCA) is proud to support local nonprofit and community-based organizations by offering a limited number of ticket donations each year. Eligible organizations may apply to receive two (2) ticket vouchers to a TCA-presented performance, valid for one year from the issue date and subject to availability. Requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance and will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the annual ticket limit is reached. To qualify, organizations must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or government/public entity based in or serving Arizona, and donations must directly support a fundraiser, raffle, or community benefit. Only one request per organization may be approved per fiscal year. If your request is approved, the vouchers will be mailed to the address provided along with an official approval letter confirming the donation. Please complete the form in full, including required supporting documentation, so that we may review your request efficiently.
