19.) Do you understand Hallmark Cocker Spaniels is NOT a puppy mill, and therefor you WILL have a wait to get one of our puppies? If approved to join our waitlist you can expect a wait time that varies depending on what type of puppy you desire, and what puppies we may have available at any given time. Our puppies are $3,000.00 (PLUS 8.25% sales tax if picking up your puppy IN Texas) for pet homes with limited AKC registration. LIMITED means NO BREEDING RIGHTS AND THEY MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED! *
