25th Anniversary Bash - Registration Form

  Saturday,   September 13,  12 Noon - 3 PM

    You may register here for either of the Small Works Show or the Artist Trunk Sale or for both.                            

Small Works Art Show INFORMATION:
• Show is open to ALL artists (professional and amateur) Each piece of Art must be $300 or Less.  All Artwork MUST be For Sale.
• You must be a current member of GALA during the dates of the show. If you are unsure of your membership status, please email Membership@Galagardner.org.
• You may submit up to 4 pieces of artwork (all media).
• Framed dimensions of 2-D artwork should not exceed 18”x18” and must be properly wired for hanging. Please, no saw tooth hangers or sandwich/clip frames. 3D artwork should not exceed 18”.  Canvases do not have to be framed.
• There is No Registration or Installations fees.
• GALA receives a 25% commission on all artwork sold from the exhibit.

Art Drop-Off  Old Murdock School,  52 Murdock Ave, Winchendon, 2nd floor, Tuesday, September 9, 4 PM - 6 PM

Art Pickup Sunday, November 2nd,   4 PM - 5 PM

* We will be scheduling a few other dates, WBT, for the Gallery to be Open to the public between September 14 - October 26.

Artist Trunk Sale INFORMATION:

Non-Members and members may register for the Artist Trunk Sale. There is no GALA commision fee or registration fee. Artists keep 100% of sales.

For the Trunk Sale, include 2 images of your sample original work for the Artist Trunk Sale. GALA has the right to deny the artist's work if it seems inapproprite to the public. You may bring up to 2 - 6 foot tables for your art work. We have the chairs.

Setup Time:  Saturday, September 13, 10 AM,    Breakdown 3:15 PM

All work must be original work. No imported items (even if handmade), assembled from kits.

Please note: The state requires all persons selling to charge and remit sales tax. GALA will not be held responsible if you do not obtain a tax number.

Liability: GALA and the Winchendon Senior Center does not assume responsibility for any work on exhibit or in transit. Every effort is made to maintain a safe and secure show. The applicant agrees that the Gardner Area League of Artists (GALA) and/or its Board of Directors are not responsible for the theft of, or damage to any works prior to, during or after the exhibit. The applicant further agrees to leave all entries until the end of the show.

By submitting to this exhibit, you give permission to the Gardner Area League of Artists (GALA) to use images of your work on our website and in promotional advertisements. Please contact us with any questions.

Be sure to print a copy of your form before you submit to retain for your reference since you will not be able to return to the form once it is submitted.
