-HOURLY / DAY RATE - I get a guaranteed salary I'm an employee of the salon.
-HYBRID -Day Rate + Small Commission - We back them up so that they can pay bills and transition to full time stylist. It helps newer stylist navigate the inconcistent beginnings of starting to build a steady clientele. Still helps on down time assisting others and with the salon day to day chores.
-COMMISSION - Mostly Homegrown trained by us stylist were still building. Going up the Level system and commission as you get more consistently busy. Should be team player but no longer required to assist. Stylists that consistently stay in the $2500-$4000 range.
-HEAVY HITTER - High Rollers that consistently stay in the $4000-$7000 range weekly. Sliding Scale HIGH % COMMISSION GUARANTEED. You are insanely busy and basically run your own biz behind the chair. The more you make the more you keep. EQUITABLE TO RUNNING YOUR OWN SALON SUITE $$$$
