2025 Benevolent Donation Form

NMAR Benevolent Fund
The NMAR Benevolent Fund offers financial assistance to members of the New Mexico Association of REALTORS® and their families during times of unexpected hardship.

Operated as a charitable organization, the fund provides grants—up to $3,500 per recipient in a 12-month period—for basic needs due to events such as serious illness, accidents, or other catastrophic event.

Those eligible include:
- NMAR members in good standing
- Real estate employees working 20+ hours/week for a Qualified NMAR Member;
- Family members (spouse, domestic partner, children, siblings) of a Qualified NMAR Member
- Association employees
100% of the auction proceeds will benefit the Benevolent Fund for REALTORS® to help REALTORS®
