2026 Quarry Days - Craft Vendor Registration Form June 27th-28th

Entry deadline is June 1, based on availability.

We will conclude registration once all booth space is full; therefore, we recommend you register as soon as possible.

The booth space is not reserved until your form, signed waiver, proof of insurance, payment, and deposit check is received. Payment must be received within five days of the invoice being sent.

Notes about the Vendor Show:

• We cannot offer product exclusivity, but will inform you of similar vendors upon request. We will do our best to honor special requests; however, we reserve the right to assign spaces as we see fit on a first come – first serve basis. This is a juried show.

Special Requests:

• Vendors will not be able to participate without proof of insurance, signed liability waiver & release, deposit check, and payment of booth.
• Vendors must collect and report their own sales tax. We will provide vendors with a tax reporting sheet form that can be used if you do not have your own business sales tax number. 
• We require a deposit fee to prevent early closings of booths and no-shows. This fee will only be returned to you at the end of the show on Sunday if there are no issues. Please postdate your deposit for June 1, 2026 if using a check.
• Around the first of each month leading up to the event, we will send out acceptance emails. Please respond to confirm the receipt. We will also post a list of vendors on the Quarry Days Facebook page and Quarry Days Vendors and Crafters Show Only Page. Please like both pages on Facebook.

QUARRY DAYS VENDORS IN THE PARK
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

1. The Chamber reserves the right to refuse participation in the show if qualification not met on the vendor form. No buy/resell is allowed in the Quarry Days Vendors in the Park. If a Vendor does not qualify for a booth, the payment will be returned to the applicant.

2. Items such as or related to tobacco/e-cigarettes, alcoholic drinks, firearms, illegal drugs, explosives, offensive or "adult" items shall not be permitted for exhibition or sale. Exhibits shall not employ firearms or anything that could be hazardous during the show. The Vendor represents and warrants that the items offered for sale at the show meet all applicable safety standards and comply with all federal, state or local laws.

3. It is the Vendor's responsibility to carry the necessary insurance for their products and displays with aspects to their participation in this show. The Vendor also represents that s/he holds all permits and/or licenses required by law.

4. Vendor is responsible for the supervision of the assigned booth and for its merchandise before, during and after the show. All unsold merchandise shall remain the property of the Vendor.

5. The Vendor represents and warrants that the items offered are original and shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights and trademarks, and that the Vendor will pay any royalties or other payments required to be paid on its merchandise.

6. The Vendor or their personnel will not consume illegal drugs or alcoholic drinks before and during the show or at load-out. Those who show signs of inebriation or illegal drugs will be asked to leave the show.  Smoking is prohibited on the premises during the show.

7. The Vendor is responsible for all monetary exchanges associated with its merchandise, including but not limited to the collection and payment of taxes associated with all sales of merchandise as required by state law.

8. The Vendor hereby exonerates and holds harmless the Dell Rapids Chamber of Commerce, its employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, the City of Dell Rapids and their workers from any injuries, damage or losses while setting up, attending, dismantling, in transit, or anytime surrounding the Quarry Days Vendors in the Park weekend. In the event the Vendor or its representatives cause damage to property or injury to persons, the Vendor will indemnify the Dell Rapids Chamber of Commerce, its employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, the City of Dell Rapids and their workers from any monetary damages they incur because of Vendor's actions or omissions. I understand that if overnight volunteers are provided during the weekend, they do not assume any liability for my booth, tent, or contents.

9. Vendors are not allowed to set up after 9 AM on Saturday, June 27th, or Sunday, June 28th, 2026.  Vendors who arrive late without prior arrangements or fail to appear are not eligible for any kind of a refund.

10. No booth may dismantle earlier than 4 pm on Sunday, June 28th, 2026.  A separate retainer check of $50 is required when signing up for the show on June 26th, 2026.  If the vendor chooses to leave earlier than 4 pm on Sunday, June 28th, 2026, that Vendor relinquishes the $50 retainer.  Otherwise, all retainers will be returned at the end of the show to Vendors present.

11. If a Vendor has a sudden change of plans that makes them unable to participate in the show, the vendor must inform via email 45 days prior to start of event and booth fees will be rolled over to Quarry Days 2027. In all other scenerios except noted, Refunds will not be issued.

12. In the event that the Quarry Days Vendors in the Park Event is canceled due to any reason other than weather, vendors will have their booth fees automatically rolled over to Quarry Days 2027.  Refunds will not be issued.
