To the Community and Registered Community Organization (RCO):
We, the undersigned members, event attendees, and/or supporters, respectfully urge your support for the MOC Social Club’s application for private club zoning and a club liquor license.
Since its founding in 2022, MOC Social Club has created a vibrant, sex-positive environment that fosters inclusion, acceptance, and a strong sense of community. As an adult lifestyle club focused on consensual non-monogamy and welcoming primarily those who identify as male, MOC provides a safe, respectful, and affirming space for individuals and couples exploring alternative relationship dynamics. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and professions, united by a commitment to belonging and mutual respect. Many attendees travel from across Philadelphia, neighboring states, and even farther, underscoring the club’s unique value to the region.
MOC Social Club is designed for responsible adult socializing, with privacy, consent, and respect as foundational values. The club strictly enforces privacy and noise policies, and all events are carefully managed to ensure a positive experience for members while minimizing any impact on neighbors.
The leadership team is fully committed to meeting all city and state requirements for private clubs and liquor licensing. Their record of responsible management and open communication demonstrates a sincere desire to be a positive force in the neighborhood.
MOC Social Club enriches Philadelphia by:
- Providing adults with safe, discreet opportunities for connection and community-building
- Fostering a culture of respect, privacy, and inclusivity among members
For these reasons, we ask for your support— or, at minimum, your lack of objection— to MOC Social Club’s application for private club zoning and a club liquor license. Your consideration will help ensure that Philadelphia remains a city where adults can find safe, affirming, and responsible spaces to build community.
We welcome the opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have and look forward to working together for the benefit of our neighborhood.
