By signing this application, I certify that if I adopt a cat or kitten from The Purrfect Home LLC and am subsequently unable to keep that cat or kitten, I will promptly notify The Purrfect Home LLC and allow up to 2 weeks to find new placement. Once placement is found you agree to return immediately to The Purrfect Home LLC in Glen Saint Mary FL at your expense. You will not take this pet to any shelter for disposal or adoption or turn it loose in the street to fend for itself, nor will you barter, sell, or give this pet to another person, or allow it to be used for medical or any other experimentation or ritual.
By signing this application, you agree that The Purrfect Home LLC may at any time contact you to visit the premises where the adopted pet is being kept, to check on its well-being. The Purrfect Home LLC at any time, reclaim this pet if not satisfied with its care. You agree to feed, properly care for, and treat this animal with kindness and respect. You will love this pet and keep it as an important member of your family for its lifetime. You agree to provide this pet with regular veterinary care, including all vaccines, heartworm & flea prevention and current county required tags.
By signing this application, you acknowledge that adopting a cat or kitten, as with adopting any animal, comes with potential risks. Animals can at times be unpredictable, especially when placed in new and unfamiliar circumstances. By signing this agreement below, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all provisions in this agreement. This writing contains the entire agreement and no representations other than those contained in the writing have been made by The Purrfect Home LLC
