Early Bird Registration is $12/ athlete (deadline is Friday, October 31st)
Regular registration cost is $15/ athlete (deadline is Sunday, November 16th)
Jump Off: $5/ athlete
Tuck Off: $5/ athlete
Stunt Competitioin: $8/ group

We will also have the following available: Dad Jump Off ($5/ competitor), Spirit Grams ($2/ message), Split the Pot, Raffle Baskets, Vendors, Concessions, T-Shirts, and a GLOW DANCE PARTY!

We will have UCA judges and will be using UCA Score Sheets.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the rules associated with this competition. I have collected a liability waiver (signed by their legal parent/guardian) for each participant that I am registering to compete at the competition held by the Middletown High School Cheerleading Program. I have the waiver and each parent represents that their child is in satisfactory health to participate in the activities offered by the Middletown Cheerleading Program and that they are aware of the inherent risks associated with such activities which can include paralysis and death. Each parent represents that they have health insurance coverage in effect while they compete at the Cheer All About It Competition. I hereby acknowledge that I am an authorized representative of the organization/school listed on this registration form. I verify that our entrants are members of a cheer squad for the said school district. I also understand my entry fee must be paid in advance and all liability forms must be turned in at registration on the day of competition.*
