Free Play Florida is a three-day event that celebrates the history, artistry, competition, and creation of electronic gaming of all kinds. We are looking to expand panel programing at this year's event to give the community the chance to shine and share their passion and knowledge with fellow game enthusiasts.
This year's Free Play Florida will take place November 21st to 23rd, 2025 at the Caribe Orlando Resort.
Before you start the application, here are some things to consider.
1) Panel Applications will be open until 11:59pm EST on September 5. Accepted applicants will be informed of their status via email no later than October 3.
2) Each accepted panel will receive up to 3 complimentary 3-Day Weekend Passes to the event.
3) Free Play Florida is a family-friendly event, so all panel content must be appropriate for all ages.
4) Please note at all panelists must be 18 years old or older at the time of the event to host a panel.
5) Panels selected must adhere to the mission statement and values of Free Play Florida. Once again, this is an event that celebrates electronic gaming in all forms.
6) As a FPF 2025 panelist, you will be representing Free Play Florida and will be expected to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner for a family friendly environment.
7) Free Play Florida reserves the right to approve, deny, or cancel any panels submitted.
