    We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping customers, communicates clearly and effectively, and is comfortable using CRM and eCommerce tools such as Salesforce, Metorik, and WooCommerce. Flexibility in working hours—particularly availability during later evening shifts in EST—is essential.

    What You Will Do:

    • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and occasionally phone
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently, empathetically, and professionally
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce, Metorik)
    • Assist customers with order tracking, product information, returns, and other inquiries
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
    • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent grammar and communication skills
    • Prior experience with Salesforce, Metorik, WooCommerce, or similar CRM/eCommerce platforms
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings in the EST time zone
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
    • A reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for remote communication
    • A team player who can also work independently and manage time effectively
