BOOKING TERMS
1. INCLUDED: The fee includes attendance at the weekend; lecture notes; lunch, teas and coffees during designated breaks on Saturday and Sunday; dinner with wine on Saturday night. Accommodation is not included - see paragraph 7.
2. PAYMENT: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
3. DELEGATE CANCELLATION: You have the right to cancel with a full refund within 14 days of making a booking. After 14 days, refunds will be made on a reducing scale related to proximity of the event date. Inform us by 19 December 2025 - refund of 50%. Inform us between 20 December 2025 and 13 February 2026 - refund of 25%. Cancellations received from 14 February 2026, or for delegates or guests who fail to attend for any reason - no refund. Cancellation must be made in writing by emailing mail@worldcruising.com
4. UNUSED SERVICES: There will be no refund for unused services stated in paragraph 1.
5. ALTERATIONS: The Organisers reserve the right to alter any aspect of the seminar programme.
6. CANCELLATION: In the event of the seminar being cancelled all fees paid to the Organisers will be refunded.
7. ACCOMMODATION: A special delegate bed and breakfast rate is available at the Solent Hotel and the Lodge at Solent when booked direct on solenthotel.co.uk or call 01489 880000 and use code WCCBB.
- The Lodge: £119 (single) or £131 (double)
- Solent Hotel: £139 (single) or £156 (double)
Prices are per night including breakfast, use of the spa and swimming pool and parking. Accommodation bookings are the delegate's responsibility.
