Adoption Application Acknowledgement

IndyAdopts! Is a 501c(3) non-profit foundation, registered and located in the state of Indiana. Our mission is to offer a safe foster environment for cats in the Indianapolis area, freeing up valuable space in shelters and rescues, leading to reduced euthanasia rates in our community. The cats in our care are being fostered through our shelter and rescue partners and do not belong to IndyAdopts! or Nine Lives Cafe & Cat Lounge. The foundation and cafe are not responsible for making adoption decisions.

Application fees are $20 for one cat or $30 for two. Application fees go straight to Indy Adopts! to be used for valuable supplies while cats are in our care and to help offset the costs associated with processing applications. Because of this, application fees are non-refundable.

Please carefully review the application and adoption guidelines for the applicable shelter/rescue organization you are adopting from before signing your consent of understanding and acceptance.
