YOUR DESIRED MEASUREMENTS
We offer tests either in a standard format or you can request a custom format for your test.
- Standard spot measurement: random 10 spots average
- Standard thermal map: single thermal pixel every 100 microns over a 1x1 mm area.

MEASUREMENTS

Please note that 1) cross-plane measurements require film to be on high conductivity substrate, 2) in-plane measurements require film to be on low-conductivity substrate AND a cross-plane sample must be provided as well, 3) volumetric heat capacity measurements require knowledge of the thermal conductivity.

Specify the data to be measured for each sample.
