Payment Plan Agreement

1. Payment Schedule
Payments will continue until the total cost of the trip has been paid in full.

2. Cancellation Policy
If you decide not to travel with us, you must notify us at least six (6) weeks before the departure date to be eligible for a full refund of payments made through this form.

3. Refund Policy
For cancellations made on time (six or more weeks before departure), we will refund 97% of the total amount paid through this form or you may request to have 100% of the funds held for up to 3 years for a future mission trip.

If cancellation occurs less than six weeks before the departure date, only up to 90% of the total amount paid may be refunded, minus any costs already incurred (such as tickets, lodging, or other travel-related expenses).
